Absolutely. On the My Account page under the header "Account Tools", click on "Current Statement".

  • I am trying to purchase an item that I've purchased before, but can't seem to pull it up anywhere. Is there a way to find and purchase this?

Some items have to be re-quoted at the time of every purchase. These items will not appear with other standard items but can be purchased through the website with a different process. If you previously purchased the item, you can add it from an invoice to a wish list. You can then submit a quote for the item. Once you have a quote back that item can be ordered from the Quote Details Page. For more information about ordering items from a quote, see "View Quotes" below.

  • I placed a web order at 7pm and would like to know when it will be processed?

Orders placed after 4:30pm EST will be processed the next business day.

  • I am looking for an item that I know is a standard, but I can't seem to find it. Why is this?

Although we have most of our vendor's standard items on the website, some standards may not appear. Items are being added and edited every day but if you don't see an item you think should be a standard please let us know.

  • I have an order that needs to go UPS RED. Is there a way to designate my order's delivery?

Yep! During the checkout process, you will arrive at the "Delivery & Billing" page. On this page you can designate: how your order should ship, if it should ship complete, and any special instructions for your order.
